charming stay downtown!
perfect locationwarm roomclean space
the hotel's location was perfect. it was very central to shops and restaurants. the room was warm, even with the cold weather outside. i found the double glazed windows helped keep the noise level down. the bed was quite comfy. i really liked how clean everything was.

The reception staff was helpful. Dima and Eugenii provided excellent service at the front desk. I especially enjoyed the breakfast service, including the homemade omelettes made to order. I was very satisfied. The hotel boasts a perfect location for exploring the city center.
The hotel room felt slightly unclean. It could benefit from deeper cleaning. Housekeeping missed some spots.

the location was good, it was near everything. it was on a street that was more quiet and allowed for a restful stay.
the hotel didn't feel totally clean to me. housekeeping had some misses. glasses in the room were not changed the whole time, that i was there. the bedding wasn't changed either and one time i only got one towel so i asked for another.

kate from reception was fantastic!!! she cared about the quality of my stay. she personally walked me through three room options when i told her i was interested in the architecture of the former monastery. i chose a gorgeous room with lots of wood beams.
the hotel didn't feel 100% clean. housekeeping was hit and miss. the glasses in the room were not changed the whole time i was there. the bedding was also not changed. on one occasion i was left with one towel, so i had to request one.
